Product Updates
Stat Updates
Banking Updates (Cheque format and Auto Bank reconciliation formats)
Q: How will this impact my Tally.ERP 9 License?

Remote Access
Q: Will Remote Access of companies be available if my Tally.NET Subscription has expired?
A: For continued use of Remote Access, the following conditions need to be met:
License in which Tally.NET user is created or License to which Tally.NET User is linked should have valid Tally.NET subscription
License in which Remote Company (which needs to accessed) is connected should have valid Tally.NET subscription
Tally.NET IDs created by a License will remain active along with their corresponding rights even if Tally.NET subscription expires for that License. This ensures that services like Control Centre, Support Centre, SMS Access that are free will continue working even if Tally.NET subscription expires.
Facility to connect a company to Tally.NET Server will be available even if Tally.NET subscription has expired, but Remote Access to companies connected will not work.
Synchronisation
Q: Will synchronisation of data with another Tally.ERP 9 through Tally.NET Server work once my Tally.NET subscription has expired?
A: Synchronization of data with another Tally.ERP 9 through Tally.NET Server will not work once Tally.NET subscription expires. For data Synchronization through Tally.NET Server, Tally.ERP 9 at both ends should have a valid Tally.NET subscription.
However, Synchronization of data through IP will continue to work
What is the difference between Direct IP Synchronization and Synchronization through Tally.NET Server?
In Direct IP synchronization, the data exchange happens between Server and Client directly. The Server needs to have a Static IP and details of Server Static IP and port needs to be provided in Client Rule. If for any reasons the IP of Server changes user is required to change the corresponding IP in the Client Rule otherwise, synchronization will fail.
In case of synchronization via Tally.NET, the data exchange happens between Server and Client via Tally.NET. User is not required to know any details of his IP or port. Synchronization via Tally.NET will continue to work without interruption even if IP address of Server changes.
